What is a pre order ?
You can reserve styles even before they arrive. Once they arrive it gets packed to those who reserved first.
How can I set up an account to order from your company?
You can call us and provide your company’s information. Your company name, business address, phone number, business tax id number or Reseller’s permit, and method of payment then you can start making an order once your account is set up.
What is your return policy?
We will not accept any products that have been discontinued or have been purchased over 14 days from the date of the original invoice. Upon return, our QC department will inspect the goods and if they can be returned to inventory, then credit will be issued.
DAMAGE RETURNS: Customers need to notify their sales rep of any damages within 14 days from the date of the original invoice for an RA. No credit will be issued on returned after that permitted time. We kindly ask customers to check for any damages as soon as you receive any shipment and us for any concerns.
How often do you update your website?
We update our websites everyday for new styles so it is best to check in on a daily basis for you not to miss anything.
How do I get updates from your company?
